In 2019, this journey took form as Cryptonomy — a platform through which we supported the launch of more than 600 blockchain and fintech projects, developed innovative yield and financial tools, and contributed to improving the financial experience of hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

A New Chapter

On February 26, 2025, MahrebGroup officially acquired a majority stake in Cryptonomy, marking the beginning of the next phase of our evolution. As part of this transition, Cryptonomy has been gradually integrated into Nomy, a next-generation platform focused on managing and structuring digital assets.

End of Cryptonomy Operations

As of February 2026, Cryptonomy has ceased operations.

All users were notified in advance about this transition. Since September 2025, active users were informed about the available options and the planned migration timeline.

• The upcoming migration of user accounts to Nomy in February 2026
• The availability of the Portfolio Marketplace, which allowed eligible users to voluntarily complete the required documentation and sell their portfolios in exchange for liquid digital assets prior to migration

These options were communicated through official channels and made available well ahead of the platform transition.

Access to Nomy

All users can now access the Nomy platform using the same email address and password previously used on Cryptonomy.

Following migration, user accounts and balances are available within the Nomy ecosystem in accordance with the applicable migration framework.
